Before we named ourselves "Big Knife Cooking" we cooked BBQ for many years. After an awesome Fourth of July party, we decided we should enter a contest. Thus our adventure began! We entered our first cook-off in May of 08 & we got hooked. Look out! We are on a BBQ mission to cook our meat & win trophies!
